Giving back is at the heart of who we are. CTA and our team members dedicate time, expertise, and resources to support first responders, advance STEM education, and strengthen the communities we serve. From donating 100% of our net profits (over the life of the company) to public safety training and STEM education, to speaking at conferences and volunteering with local organizations, we are committed to making a lasting impact.

In 2024, CTA team members dedicated 196 hours of professional service to associations, committees, and initiatives shaping the future of public safety.
We contribute as members, committee participants, and speakers—bringing practical experience from planning, design, procurement support, and implementation oversight to the conversations that matter.

Our Mission
